DETROP 2016 on Thessaloniki Trade Fair grounds served up a myriad of fab offerings including; Kavourma, Zakynthos cheese, handmade pickled vegetables, and, of course, ouzo from Lesvos -- not to mention a chance to taste wines from all over Greece, including some surprisingly tasty whites from Arnea (Domaine Claudia Papagianni) and Athitos (Afitaion Yaia) in Chalkidhiki.
